Chappell Hill Sausage is a smoked product. It is not fully cooked. We highly recommend you cook the sausage before eating. There are many different ways of cooking our sausage. Some of our favorites are: grilling, steaming or baking (approximately 30 minutes). Chappell Hill Sausage Company's Smoked Hot Sausage Links are made with pork and beef with a little red pepper added for that spicy taste. They are approximately 5 inches long a piece and are great for any time.
