Thawing Instructions: When thawing, leave the chicken in the sealed plastic bag. Thaw by either- Placing in refrigerator approximately 24-48 hours or placing in cold water approximately 1-3 hours. Cooking Instructions: Preheat over to 375 degrees and remove chicken from bag. For Thawed Chickien- cover chicken loosely with foil and bake approx. 1 1/2 hours. For Frozen Chicken- cover chicken tightly with foil and bake approx. 1 1/2 hours, remove foil and bake uncovered for approx. 30 minutes longer. Let chicken rest for 10 minutes, remove string and carve. Enjoy!
