We pride
ourselves with high quality food products and as with any food product comes a
recipe to fit everyone’s taste. When
you think of sausage, most people think of breakfast but we have recipes for
appetizers, side dishes and main dishes as well. The following are recipes
that we enjoy. Please send us your favorite recipe using Chappell Hill sausage. We will test it in our kitchens and then add it to our website. Send your recipe to recipes@chsausage.com Below is one of our favorites. Cheese Dip with Sausage
1 - 1 lb. box of Velveeta cheese
Brown pan sausage and drain. Makes a great dip!!! Chappell Hill Sausage Quesadillas 1/2 lb link of
Chappell Hill Sausage (any flavor) 4 tortillas 1/2 cup mixture of
onions and green pepper cut up 1 cup shredded
cheese (any variety) sour cream salsa Cut link in half and
then into another half. Cut sausage into pieces. Sauté
onions and green pepper. Add sausage. Remove from pan. Over
medium heat, place tortilla in large pan, add cheese to cover
tortilla. Add 1/2 of the Sausage and onion/bell pepper. Add more cheese
to cover sausage, place another tortilla over top of cheese. Flip
tortilla over when cheese has started to melt/tortilla turns crisp. When
other side is crisp, it is done. Cut quesadillas into 4-6
