All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original condition, including all packaging materials. Refunds on perishable products will be given on a case by case basis by our customer service team.
Please pack the products in the original shipping box and return via ground service. Write the Return Authorization number issued by customer service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Any merchandise returned to Chappell Hill Sausage Company without the Return Authorization Number will be refused.
