Chappell Hill Sausage is a smoked product. It is not fully cooked. We highly recommend you cook the sausage before eating. There are many different ways of cooking our sausage. Some of our favorites are: grilling, steaming or baking (approximately 30 minutes). Ingredients: Beef, Water, Salt, Flavorings, Sodium Acetate, Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), Garlic, Sodium Citrate, Sodium Nitrite, Dextrose.
