Condition
Items must be in their original condition, including all packaging materials.
Process
Items should be packed in the original shipping box and returned via ground service. A Return Authorization number from customer service must be clearly written on the outside of the package; otherwise, the return will be refused.
Perishable items
Refunds for perishable products are handled on a case-by-case basis.
