Chappell Hill Sausage is a smoked product. It is not fully cooked. We highly recommend you cook the sausage before eating. There are many different ways of cooking our sausage. Some of our favorites are: grilling, steaming or baking (approximately 30 minutes). Ingredients: cooked rice, pork, pork liver, sodium lactate, salt, water, spices, chopped green onion, sugar, green and red bell pepper, garlic, celery, sodium diacetate.
