Chappell Hill Sausage is a smoked product. It is not fully cooked. We highly recommend you cook the sausage before eating. There are many different ways of cooking our sausage. Some of our favorites are: grilling, steaming or baking (approximately 30 minutes). Ingredients: prok, beef, green onion, water, salt, flavorings, sodium acetate, monosodium glutamate (MSG), garlic, sodium citrate, sodium nitrite and dextrose.
