Chappell Hill Sausage is a smoked product. It is not fully cooked. We highly recommend you cook the sausage before eating. There are many different ways of cooking our sausage. Some of our favorites are: grilling, steaming or baking (approximately 30 minutes). Ingredients: Pork, Beef, Water, Salt, Sodium Acetate, Flavorings, Monosodium Glutamate, Garlic, Sodium Citrate, Sodium Nitrate, Dextrose. Approximately 16 skinless little sausages make a pound.
